Prices do
not include flights. A number of seats have been reserved on
an Alitalia return flight between London Heathrow and Rome Fiumicino,
which will be met by the Learn Italy minibus for the journey
to Montalcino. Guideline price for flight: £175.

| Learn Italy is not a travel
agency, and our clients are at liberty to make their own travel
arrangements to Montalcino. However, on our clients' behalf,
we have come to an arrangement with Italia nel Mondo Limited in London,
who are specialists in flights to Italy. Seats have been reserved
on flights and we advise you to contact Italia nel Mondo as early
as possible as they may be able to advise you of special fares
for these flights. |

If you wish to use this facility,
please contact Italia nel Mondo directly on 020 7629 2677; ask to
speak to Mary or quote reference 'Learn Italy'.
There is also a website: www.ciaotravel.co.uk.
The office is open from Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:00,
and on Saturdays, 11:00 to 13:00.
They will then make the booking for you, and your invoice for
the flight will be from them. Italia nel Mondo accepts phone bookings
and credit card payments. Italia nel Mondo will also be happy to
help you with any further travel arrangements you may require.
For example, they can book tickets on different outgoing or
return flights, if you are intending staying for more than the
time covered by your Learn Italy programme. |

| If you do not wish to use the
travel arrangements described in Flights, you may make your
own travel arrangements using another airline, or airport, or
travel by train. On the Sunday evenings on which our courses
begin, on our way between Rome and Montalcino we can meet clients
by prior arrangement at the railway station in Grosseto, which
has good links with Pisa, Genoa and Rome. This pick-up will
be about two hours later than the estimated time of arrival
of the plane in Rome, but obviously if the plane is delayed,
the minibus will be equally late in Grosseto. |

| If you choose to make your
own way to Rome airport or to Grosseto station, then you must
understand that the responsibility for joining the group is
yours, and the rest of the party cannot wait if you are delayed.
Independent travellers will be provided with notes as to how
to get to Montalcino in the event of missing the group meeting
times. |

by car, we can provide you with a map of the town and details
of your accommodation and suitable parking. |
